SHIPPING

Please place your order at least 3-4 business days prior to your selected day for guaranteed postage or 7 business days prior to your selected day if you live in Western Australia or Rurally. All local collection orders can be placed up to 12 hours prior please get in touch with us as our website has a two day cut off and won't show accurate next day availability. 

Our orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) and will be dispatched 1-3 days prior to your requested date (depending on notice).

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched. If you have not received any tracking information, please check your junk mailbox before emailing us as it sometimes makes its way there.

Local pick up & return

We provide free local pick-ups and returns in Sydney's Northern Beaches. The address will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your selected pick up day. 

Express Shipping

Express Shipping

All items require a $19.95 shipping fee to ensure your item gets to you within 1-2 days of shipping and gets back to us. We cover the remaining shipping costs. We provide a pre-paid label with your order to stick over the label on the front of the bag for easy returns to save you the cost! All Western Australia and Rural orders must be placed 7 business days prior to your event.

 

LAST MINUTE ORDERS

If you placed your booking less than 3 full business days prior to your selected delivery date, your order will be considered a "last-minute order". In this case the risk falls on the lender and Dressed By ES will not be liable for an item not arriving in time for your event due to postage. In the instance your item doesn’t arrive in time you will be eligible for a full credit note minus $30 to cover two-way express postage expenses.

To determine whether it is a last-minute order, a cut-off time of 12pm Sydney/Melbourne time is used. For example, if you are choosing a Friday delivery date, your order would be considered a last-minute order if it is placed any time after 12pm on Tuesday.

We are challenged with Australia Post's lack of delivery guarantees at the moment, but we do our very best to make sure things arrive on time. It is however made a lot more difficult if bookings are made at very short notice, which is why this condition exists.

If we don't believe there is a high likelihood of the item arriving in time, it either won't be sent or we will be in touch with you to give you the option of accepting the risk. If it isn't sent, you will get a full refund.

POSTAGE DELAYS

Since COVID-19, Australia Post has experienced postage delays. Dressed By ES is working hard to ship all bookings early to ensure on time delivery and cannot be held responsible for unforeseen delays. We understand the inconvenience caused by a delayed delivery and can offer you a refund minus postage ($30) or 110% store credit valid for 6 months once the item is back to us. To be eligible for this the lender must have placed the hire 3 or more business days prior to the rental start date. In the instance you've placed a "last minute hire" you will receive a credit note minus $30 two way postage costs.
