Hi all! I'm Elarna Spinks, Founder and Director of Dressed By ES and I LOVE everything fashion! We are based in Warriewood on Sydney's gorgeous Northern Beaches and established ourselves in late 2021. 

Frustrated with the expense of buying outfits for each social occasion and a shopping addiction slowly getting out of hand, many items of which I would only wear once or twice and would then retire to my closet, I saw a gap in the designer clothing rental market on the Northern Beaches of Sydney. Dress Hire W & W was launched with the vision and desire to give women the freedom and confidence to hire elegant designer outfits for any occasion at an affordable price.

Having worked in the retail industry since the age of 17 I've always lived and breathed fashion. With social media being such a huge part of our everyday lives, it's almost impossible to go out to any occasion without pictures being posted online and no one wants the same outfit on their insta grid twice!!  BUT as we all know money doesn’t grow on trees and buying new outfits for every occasion comes with a hefty dent in the bank account. I never dreamt or imagined that I’d have my own business let alone launching it at the age of 22, especially something I am so passionate about and love so much.

After a lot of hard work, stress, late nights, and early mornings, working full time whilst trying to manage my side hustle which was growing rapidly to be a full time job, in March 2022 I officially took on Dress Hire W & W full time and haven't looked back since. I am so incredibly grateful to call this my job and I love every second of it. The saying "love what you do, and you won't work a day in your life" could not be more true.

Renting your designer occasion-wear is truly a more sustainable choice. Not only can you feel wonderful wearing the latest designer clothing, but you can also feel great about doing your little bit for the earth and your bank account ;) This really is a dream come true, starting W&W in my family home, my goal is to one day have my own Boutique/Showroom here on the Northern Beaches. I love giving great customer service and I hope you can fall in love with some of our beautiful pieces the same way I did.

We have officially celebrated our second birthday and with that re-branded to Dressed By ES.
